Times are dynamic, challenges are multidimensional, and we’re trained to tell hero stories. But heroes only solve the problems we understand, not the problems we actually have.
So how do we approach challenges like democracy, sustainability, the vision of living together… ?

An iterative cycle through which we can understand and shape the way we want to live together.
We used a theater piece, staging a hero vs. the collaborative lady – the contrasts couldn’t be greater. The hero transformed into a reflective being, facing a small existential crisis. The collaborative lady remained by his side, and the theory was explored playfully. Together, we identified, discussed, and understood the dramaturgy of a collaborative narrative.
Finally, we hosted an open roundtable with the audience – the roles of actors, technicians, and visitors vanished. What remained were people, collectively considering where the collaborative narrative could have the greatest impact.
