From the positioning of the new board and the introduction of six key strategies and target picture, we started consulting the client along its transformation. Together we developed a narrative and coach storytelling as a strategic & collaborative communication tool. The company – as the world – is in the midst of a holistic transformation that we have the honor to support effectively.

Leadership meetings

We develop the leadership meetings as a catalyst for the topics of the next year. Here we can set the focus of topics, the tone of collaboration, and initiate the next steps. Tying the known communication tools into the formats allows a smooth transition and impact to the year.

Collaborative communication as a transformation tool

Key Strategies are guided by project managers. Rightly so. We coach them, to extend their toolset to collaborative communication, to create a greater impact and take everyone along.


 

Intranet as a representative of transformation

Todays companies are defined by its resilience – that means, its ability to transform, collaborate, and learn from each other. An intranet therefore can not only be following the structure of the company, but needs to present its current status, its transformation and activate interaction and learning from each other. Testing this with the key strategies, we now translated it to the intranet.


 

Video to form an internal aesthetics

Everyone loves videos. And they have a great impact on the representation of topics but also on the company as a whole. We therefore helped to develop a creator and approver structure, CI and creation of a video community, coaching making dramaturgically strong, but also fun videos.
