#missionmiteinander – a 100th anniversary campaign

(#missiontogether)

Client: R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG
Year: 2022

An anniversary campaign looking into the future through the entire year

With #missiontogether, the R+V wanted to give something back to their employees and society. So we created two sustainably tiny houses touring Germany for 8months, inviting experts for sustainability discussions. Every week, we highlighted projects and fascinating aspects. As a present to the employees, they were invited to fund projects with overall 1,6million Euros. It ended with inviting the experts to a free 2 day future festival with extended experts and an interactive stadium show. A campaign following the spirit of Raiffeisen. #missionmiteinander.

The Kick-Off

For the start of the anniversary year, we designed, crafted and built: Two Tiny Houses were created from sustainable materials. Unique meeting places – created to make our togetherness a new experience. These tiny houses not only stand for creativity and a forward-looking spirit, but also create a space in which visionaries and ideas can find a home.

In January, we started the campaign with the kick-off of the roadshow and the anticipation of the coming year: The Tiny Houses were transformed into creative live-streaming-studios from which the Management Board proudly presented the vision for the anniversary year. Then the tour started! #missionmiteinander.

The Sustainability Tour through Germany: # missionmiteinander

The Tiny Houses embarked on an extraordinary journey: for eight months, they traveled across Germany in search of people and projects already shaping coexistence on our planet and working towards a better future. They served as a stage, a meeting place, and a source of inspiration all at once.
A livestream accompanied them every step of the way, bringing employees along on the journey and connecting them to the experience.
At the end of the journey, the employees took center stage: by voting for their favorite projects, they determined how the impressive sum of 1.6 million euros would be distributed among the selected initiatives.

Future Festival

The Future Festival inspired with exciting stories that provided impulses for thought, highlighted innovative ideas and developed bold visions for the world of tomorrow. New perspectives and inspiring impulses emerged across generations and in exchange with renowned experts.
Lectures, workshops, presentations and discussion panels took place simultaneously on several stages and in interactive event spaces. Well-known keynote speakers, committed visionaries and leading experts exchanged ideas, provided insights into trends and challenges and jointly developed concrete solution concepts.
Visitors were able to decide individually which formats they wanted to follow on site or digitally. Supplemented by a lively online program with summaries and links to the stages, digital participation was also a complete success.
The highlight was the joint work on the future study, which highlighted key trends and challenges – a step towards a sustainable and shapeable future.

Stadium Event

All employees of R+V came together for an emotional highlight at the Brita Arena, near the company’s headquarters. It was a spectacular stadium experience shaped by the active involvement of the colleagues: creative employee bands delivered an engaging opening program, while dedicated colleagues took on the role of moderators, guiding the audience through R+V’s history, values, and vision.
A special touch was added through video contributions from colleagues, featuring personal stories, greetings, and wishes—some even from retired employees, fostering emotional connections across generations. The audience participated actively, creating a vibrant exchange.
The event was a connection of interaction, visuals, music, lighting, and video. At its heart remained what truly mattered: the people and the sense of community.
